Work / Life Ratio & Finding Your Perfect Balance

It’s been a while since I’ve been on here but I think now is a perfect time to start writing and sharing some motivation for you guys.

A lot of people talk to me about work and life and there’s always the same concern or issue that pops up, no matter the age of the individual or the industry the person is working in.

You understand the importance of working but you don’t want to be losing your life and putting all your time and effort into your job where you don’t have time for anything else.

Maybe you have a similar story…

You start a new job, jump in with both feet, sprint towards all your targets and goals and become an unstoppable workforce for your company. People start to notice you and before you realise it, everyone is looking to you for help.

You get rewarded for your work ethic and the recognition is coming in at an endless supply. You might even get promoted and you may see yourself in a pinnacle position within the company.

What happens when this starts to fade? You spend two to five years working for this company as though it is yours, relentlessly working overtime, nights and weekends to exceed expectations and pull in results. The effort you’ve put in has secured you with a huge house, nice cars and the safety of knowing your family is financially looked after more than they could ever need.

It comes to a point where you step back and notice everything you’ve missed out on? Family days, birthday parties, holidays and it’s at this moment, the deep feeling of regret hits you in the face and you can’t unsee what you’ve just been awoken to.

Your family will never say it to you but they’ve missed out on you being there to enjoy special moments, your mates still talk to you but they’ve lost count of the events and trips they’ve made without you.

The other side of the coin is that you are out every night, socialising and being the life of the party, you never turn down the trips, holidays and events that you are invited to and your social life is abundant. You travel like crazy and are enjoying the hectic lifestyle you have, never knowing where you will be in 3 months time or what you’ll be doing.

You then notice people the same age settling down for well-paid jobs, great contracts and enjoying huge houses, great looking cars and everything they could ask for. You’ve created memories that will last a lifetime and met people from all around the world which you keep in contact with but you can’t help but think about where you would be if you’d stayed in one place and put your effort into one venture…

“Stop looking to other people as a benchmark, if you judge your life based on other people’s lives, you will never truly appreciate where you are and how far you’ve come”

Only you can find what your balance between work and life is but the trick is to find something which you enjoy doing so much that it never feels like work. Of course, we can go through stages and a career path that once suited you might change, its not a reason to be upset or get disheartened. Just look at the direction you are feeling inclined to move and start again.

Finding your balance ultimately lies between what you are wanting to achieve. For some of you, that may be to have great material assets, for others, it may be to travel the world. The options to what you can achieve are endless but that lies with you.

We are always looking around to see what the person next to us is doing but very rarely remember that we are only seeing their best bits.

What people think of me is none of my business”

Everyone is so busy looking around at what the people next to them are doing and this is why we are so focused on finding that perfect balance but very rarely able to find it successfully.

Work out what is most important to you and then create your lifestyle around that one aspect. Learn along the way and enjoy the journey.

It’s never been about finding your work/life balance, it’s about finding what gets you up in the morning and then creating your own rules to work around your perfect balance.

  • Fish in the middle depths of the northern Pacific Ocean are ingesting as much as 24,000 tonnes of plastic each year.
  • Plastics are estimated to represent almost 80% of the total marine debris floating in the world’s oceans.
  • On average, 46,000 pieces of plastic are swirling in each square mile of our oceans
267 species around the world are harmed by plastic.
  • 86% of sea turtles, 44% of seabirds and 43% of ocean mammals ingest or become tangled in plastic.

  • Every year, at least one million birds and 100,000 sharks, turtles, dolphins and whales die from eating plastic.
  • 10 million tonnes of plastic end up in our sea every year.
  • We’ve produced more plastic in the last 10 years than we did in the whole of the last century.
  • Plastic bags are used for an average of 12 minutes but last over 1000 years.

  • plastic bottle will last more than 450 years if left on the beach.
  • Less than 5% of plastics are recycled worldwide.
  • 8.7 plastic shopping bags contain enough embodied petroleum to drive a car 1KM.Millions and millions of plastic water bottles are thrown away every year, filling landfills and seriously polluting our environment!           How can you as an individual help to put a stop to this madness?

It’s simple… Stop buying plastic bottles.

Puritii water filter system provides safe clean water by removing pesticides, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride and many other contaminants.

Just one Puritii portable filter equals 450 plastic water bottles….. If 50,000 people were to use this portable system this year, we can stop 135 million plastic water bottles from entering our oceans and our landfills….

This is an incredible start to saving our planet and a movement I am firmly behind! It’s not enough anymore to ‘recycle’ plastic waste, we need to remove it altogether.

Why should you partner with us?

Being an advocate for responsible travel and protecting our environment, it is easy for me to see why partnering with both Global Travel Adventures & Team Livelihood is a no-brainer.

For those who don’t understand who we are, what our mission is or what we do, then it won’t be as apparent as I’d like to think, this post, however, will highlight the basics and help you to make an informed decision about taking that first step towards your goals.

If you love to travel, get involved with NGOs and volunteer with international development projects then this could be for you.

If you are wanting to make a legacy for yourself whilst empowering those around you and helping other people develop both personally and professionally then this could be for you.

If after reading this, you decide you would like to help grow and expand our message and our mission, then, this could be for you.

International Growth???

A lot of people and companies talk about the potential and opportunity for international expansion but very few actually are able to offer this legitimately… As you will see from our map below, there is a huge opportunity for you to build your own legacy across the globe and help us to create a true Global Travel Adventure.

Standards and Ethics???

Why choose a company to partner with which has little to no transparency in its product lines, payment plan and way of business…

Create The Lifestyle You Truly Desire???

Team Livelihood is proud to partner with ARIIX as well as being a member of Global Travel Adventures. What sets us out from the other companies is that we are a team of people who are actively travelling, whether that be taking part in voluntary projects around the world, setting up businesses across the globe or learning skillsets and developing projects to help other people.

Team Livelihood is a group of people of all ages, backgrounds & positions in life with one common goal, helping others unleash their potential.

Living life on your own terms and finding yourself

It is really important to find yourself in your life and live a life that is true to you. Below is a short list of reasons why you should start living your life on your own terms and start being you for you.

1.    You see more of the things you like in life and less of the things you don’t.

When you start to embrace who you truly are with the things you truly like such as activities & experiences, books & movies, you spend your time filled with what you enjoy and the things you don’t like will naturally find their way out of your life.

2.     You start to have more fulfilling relationships.

Being honest about who you are as an individual is so important and vital in order for you to connect with people on an integral level. When this happens, your relationships and the connections you make feel richer and fuller. The relationships which were inauthentic, start to leave you, just like the activities that weren’t fueling your passion.

3.     There are always going to be people who like you and get you for you.

There’s no need to pretend to be someone you are not anymore. You start to see that people will accept and appreciate you for who you truly are, probably more than originally expected. You will also learn that those who don’t support you are probably not people you need around anyway and there are always people who will be there for you and who will like you. (See Toxic People and how to deal with them)

4.     There is no need to fight yourself anymore and you find you are really at peace.

This is probably the best reason out of all of them. You finally accept who you are on the inside and this shines through to your exterior. Both your inner and outer start to harmonise and the people around you will notice your new glow.

5.     Instead of being trapped by expectation, you are now truly free.

Peoples expectations really don’t matter anymore. what people think of you is no longer your concern and unless they are building you up, their opinions aren’t needed. Free yourself from their burden.

6.     You no longer find yourself being confused and the answers you need are more often are waiting for you.

There is no longer any reason to look outside of yourself for an answer or for guidance as you are able to look inwards and trust your own judgement. Look inside and you will find the right answer. You know what is needed.

7.     Everyone around you sees you are awesome and you just start to realise this truth.

The reality that you are awesome just the way you are, really starts to shine through and instead of letting yourself go to waste, you begin to embrace your own awesomeness and the experiences you gain from your new found reality reflect onto the world and people around you as well.

8.     You are happier.

When you really start living a life that is true to you everything becomes much more vibrant for you and in turn, you become much happier.

Team Livelihood UK

Earlier this year, I took part in an international development project in Bangladesh working to identify & help develop entrepreneurship in a rural community.
During the evening and my free time, I was thinking about and looking into how I can bring all my passions into one place and help other people get motivated to chase after their own dreams.

So many people see me travelling, having fun and volunteering and often say “Karl… I admire the fact you do all this cool stuff and I have a lot of respect for your volunteering and helping people who need it… I wish I was able to do it BUT I would never be able to get the time off work, I have too many commitments back home to even consider going away like you do.”

It became apparent to me there is a massive gap between what people are currently doing and what they really desire to do… and maybe…. Just reading this is making you think that I am writing about you right now?

The truth is there are so many people living life like they have a second chance at it later on…  There are so many people I know who talk to me and express their fear of death yet I can’t think of anything else scarier than just existing. Literally going day by day completing the same mundane task with no actual passion or goal to reach.

At the same time, so many people say “YOLO, you only live once” when the exact opposite is true, you only die once… You have so many opportunities to change your life and live it the exact way you want to! Team Livelihood UK is a movement helping you identify exactly what you are wanting to achieve in life so you can take the steps towards achieving it.

When I was sat down one night in Bangladesh going through the conversations in my head, looking at my own life and where I want to be heading, what I want to be doing, I had one of the most profound experiences, what I saw was just incredible and I am excited to be sharing this with all of you right now.

Imagine a network of driven and motivated individuals dedicated to improving their own lives in all aspects through Healthy Body, Generous Heart, Personal Development, Strong Finances & Empowering Others.

Consider being involved in a global team of changemakers who are laser focused on chasing their dreams, helping each other to reach their own goals and empowering and uplifting everyone around them to do the exact same.

Team Livelihood is not going to be for everyone and if you are reading this right now and you are truly happy with everything in your life then I am extremely happy for you and I would definitely like to hear from you so post a comment and let me know who you are. It would be awesome to speak to you 🙂

I have never seen something so clearly before and this is an exciting time especially for those of you reading this who are looking for something bigger than what you are currently seeing in your life. The universe works in ways which are unexplainable but if there is something you feel that is missing then there is a very good chance this has come at a perfect time for you and your life.

Team Livelihood is all about helping people get from life what they are looking for especially those who are:

  • Passionate about doing & becoming more than what they currently feel able to.
  • Advocates for tackling global issues facing poverty
  • Looking to make a change but (with their current circumstances feel helpless)
  • Feeling like they could and who are wanting to change the world
  • Interested in involving themselves with an international organisation in its early stages
  • Wanting to personally develop and share their stories to empower people around them
  • Looking to secure their futures financially whilst inspiring others to chase their dreams

TeamLivelihood is going to help so many people over the next few years especially those who are involved with it and the vision I have got for this is huge.

If after reading this and you want to know more, please post a comment below introducing yourself, you can also contact me using the contact form by clicking here

I would like to help as many people as possible with this so if you have any loved ones and friends who are always talking about doing more, if you know people who are constantly talking about needing to “break away,” have people in your circle who are ‘always in the clouds and dreaming a bigger life’ then it is important for you to pass this to them. Seeing the light on Alcohol

This is my personal experience with Alcohol & I am hoping this post can and will help you take the steps you need to lead a healthier life.

Most people enjoy going out and drinking and I was definitely one of them. I used to enjoy going out and drinking (mostly every night of the week).Over the last two years, I used to say that working in the clubs was a just reason to drink and that I just loved the party atmosphere, I would normally find a reason to drink. I remember feeling great, being on top of the world and having countless laughs.

I and my friends used to find the idea of me not drinking for even a day funny and we used to make comments about me not being able to function properly without beer hilarious… I tried the Stoptober (no alcohol for October) last year and think I got a week in and caved in…

So many people enjoy how it makes them feel; more confident, fewer worries with a sense of being relaxed and in a better mood.

Well, I spent 12 weeks in Bangladesh without touching a single drop, I found the cutoff easier and without any real desire to drink. I come back to the UK and have had 4 nights out since my return (excessive drinking) & I’m honestly confused how I was able to put myself through feeling as awful as much as I did.

There is nothing great or relaxing about not being able to look at food the next day due to a crippling headache and the desire to vomit every time you move. Going over the night before in your head does nothing to boost your confidence when you realise what you do and say to people.

It took me 12 weeks of abstaining from alcohol to realise how unhealthy and damaging this legal substance is.. Proud to say, I’ve seen the light.

Looking back, I can honestly say the whole thing is purely based on mindset. I was thinking going to Bangladesh and not being able to drink would be hard for me but I found it a lot easier than I thought I would have done. The hardest part is how accessible it is back home but realising the negative effects it has on your health, it is easy to prioritise and not make a purchase of poison.

I am certain people reading this will be preparing themselves for Stoptober this year. If you would like a helping hand with some great health products to get you moving forward on this journey.

I am releasing an incredible VIP Detox kit, for anyone serious about kickstarting a healthier lifestyle, this is for you:

A powerful detoxification unit capable of helping your body flush out nasty toxins whilst helping your Liver function

This also doubles up as an incredible teeth whitening product thanks to Activated Charcoal mixed with nutrient-dense superfoods as well as a great facial mask to leave your skin looking revitalised and glowing

An amazing essential oil that is great for uplifting your mood and starting your day the right way.

Some all-natural energy boosters which are incredible at keeping you focused and moving (No jitters or crashes so you can put down that nasty energy drink)

The Importance of Taking Ownership

So many times I hear people talking about taking ownership of our actions but I think for a lot of people, it’s hard to describe or begin to put these words into action. In any aspect of your life, the choice to take ownership, whether that be personal, career or work requires both responsibility and accountability.

“Ownership is not just about admitting when you’re wrong. It’s also about recognising what you’ve done right.” George Mason, Founder and President of Morse and Associates.

Learning not only when you have made a wrong choice and how to avoid taking the same steps is just as important as learning what you have done right and how to continue taking the same steps. Carry on reading if you are looking to find out how to take ownership of your actions and help those around you to do the same.

Learn to take initiative / Allow others to take initiative

If you are an employee, you will be more likely to approach your manager/team leader/supervisor when faced with a problem or issue. WHY? It’s simply to do with the perception you have of your supervisors being your problem solvers. Automatically it is the managers’ job to resolve every issue and make decisions.

It’s important to recognise this if you are in a managerial position that you need to refrain from being there at every beg and call your employees come to you with. Take some time out to empower them and give them the opportunity to take the initiative to face the issue themselves.

Setting an example
It doesn’t matter what aspect of your life you are looking to improve, a key way of taking ownership is to set an example and lead from the front. Encouraging other people to take responsibility by doing so yourself is going to move you forward exponentially.

Whether you are dealing with an unhappy customer or a difficult client and you have people who answer to you, the worst thing you can do is to take your frustration out on them. Take the blame and ensure you are being responsible and accountable for the poor performance. Anyone who looks up to you will see this and will be an excellent tool to show them how to take ownership for their own action as they will be more confident in taking the initiative and making mistakes. Remember, making mistakes and failing is an important step in becoming and being successful.

Focus on results

This one should be obvious but so many times I head out to shops, restuarants or even listening to people talk to eachother on the street, I hear people playing the blame game, analysing and spending effort focusing on the issues rather than taking positive action…

Instead of doing this and teaching other people to focus the negative, recognise a mistake has been made and help them learn how to solve and work toward absolving the problem at hand. Being results orientated is a sure way to ensure progress is being made.

Make sure you applaud the efforts of people around you

Once people are willing to embark on their own journeys towards resolving problems, you need to make it your priority to help them further realise all the answers to moving
forward is in their own hands and encouraging them to stay on the right track is going to provide them with confidence and positive traits needed to keep making it work.

I have recently read Who Moved My Cheese. If you haven’t read it, I definitely recommend doing so. It’s literally reached all corners of the world and the insight into your own life and the lessons you can gain from it is genuinely incredible.

I can almost guarantee that by reading this, you will understand the importance of changing your own views and by implementing the lessons in this book, you will see very easily how easy it is to applaud the efforts of people around you.

Helping others

Taking ownership of your actions more than often results in helping those around you. It’s very easy to take credit for a task that has been completed well but when you take the ownership for a task that hasn’t been done that well which someone else has done, the value that individual will receive from this is so powerful. Not only do they learn not to repeat the same mistake but like previously mentioned, they also learn to be more confident in their own ability.

In short, our lives are complex and very hectic, just by you being able to take ownership of your actions, you will find you have a positive impact of those around you as well as providing you with valuable insights to taking action in the right way and ensuring you are constantly moving forward.

The Fear Of Success

“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” Henry Ford

Are you afraid of success? Is there something you want to pursue but feel you can’t?

In this article, we will have a look at what the fear of success is, how it can stop you from reaching your goals and more importantly what you can do to overcome this fear.

Being successful means different things to different people and this shouldn’t come as a shock. Whilst one person might think to reach the top position in their department is a success, another person might consider earning a certain figure from home is being successful. This difference between people is what makes this a much bigger issue and one that isn’t black and white like many believe.

There are a limitless number of differences between people and the perception of becoming successful is exactly the same.
With all the different views of success and the way different people perceive you is a huge obstacle for so many of us. Is there something that you want to pursue but you feel that you can’t. Maybe you feel that you are being stopped from moving forward?

Does this sound familiar? Could it be that you are afraid of succeeding? It’s more than possible.

Many people have and live inside their comfort zone and irrespective of their dreams and desires, keep themselves bound and shackled to it to avoid discomfort and failure.

Fear of failing is quite simply that; being scared to fail. Whilst fear of success is somewhat similar, it has a distinct difference being that they are so comfortable in their current situation that they want to continue to live the life despite actually hating it. Often, you may find the person is afraid of success out of a fear of how to handle the fame or wealth it brings.

What if we are judged for succeeding and reaching our goals and dreams? What if the success is short lived? Far too often we focus on the negative outcomes and put hypothetical obstacles in our way. What if there was no-one to judge you? What if you weren’t so harsh on yourself? Succeeding would become so much easier the moment you stop being your own worst enemy.

With all these what ifs and self-sabotaging thoughts, the easiest way to move past this fear is by strategising and forming a plan of action to take daily. A big part of getting to where you want is making tiny steps consistently. The time for you to get after your goals and dreams is now.

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is today”

If you have been putting your goals off because you are concerned about what will happen when you get there, stop, whatever happens, you will gain a wealth of knowledge from your experiences and learn valuable lessons to which you can take on with you later in life.

The following steps below will hopefully give you an action plan to take in order to get you on your right track.

  1. Positive Affirmations

Use positive affirmations daily. It might get overlooked but planting the seeds each morning is a great way to fire up your mentality and give it a boost in the right direction. For a list of great affirmations, you can start using right now, follow this link.

  2.  Take the time to find out your desires.

This might seem like an obvious suggestion but really taking the time to learn who you are, your goals but more importantly why is a huge step to moving forward. How can you expect to reach a target if it doesn’t line up with who you truly are? For more information on working what your ‘why’ is, follow this link.

  3. Get to terms with who you are and run with it.

So often, I hear people say “I’d love to go travel like you do” or “I really like what you are doing, but I’ll never be able to do it” The hardest thing for me doing this, is not doing it and trying to explain to people can be quite difficult… For the full story, click here.

  4. Choose your network wisely.

A huge part of moving forward and getting to where you want is picking who you spend your time with, if you have negative people in your life then chances are you will pick up their traits. Learn how to identify toxic people in your life and get rid of them by clicking here.

  5. Be prepared to leave people behind.

This is very similar to #4, but it’s focusing more broadly on you as an individual rather than the people around you. You need to separate yourself from the crowd and need to want to move forward.

Ever heard the crab mentality? A bunch of crabs stuck in a bucket and as soon as one tries to escape, the others pull it down in order to get that inch closer.

We all know people who are like this and more often than not, it’s those closest to us who are the worst for it, focus on the previous steps, create a laser like vision and work towards your goals. Being afraid of success is one thing which can easily disappear the moment you have created a plan and started to take action.

2 Sides To The Same Coin.

From an early age, I found it hard to really express how I feel to people, this grew more as I got older especially when my views on life are so different to the way people perceive what is the norm.
I speak to people and they fit into one of two brackets & I’m sure you will have one feeling about all of this or the other.
Either you feel very distant and somewhat alienated which is totally fine & I suppose I felt like this until I stepped over the line or you are greatly inspired by my writing and it’s helping you to take a leap of faith with your own life and travel a journey you once thought impossible.

Whichever way you feel, I want you to understand this is perfectly okay, you might be rushed with different emotions in both cases which is okay, either way, I’m hoping you can find some value through this post & my website as a whole.

So although the title of this blog is globaltraveladventures, I’m sure you’ve noticed I’m not solely speaking about travelling but rather my life and experiences with some of my travels mixed in and tips and advice on health and wellness.

I guess for me, the first moment I realised that there was a big part of me that liked the idea of travelling was when I was posted to Cyprus with the Army back in 2013. I quickly realised a language which everyone speaks which is smiling and happiness.

I soon found that people no matter where they were from (You do get the exception) will reciprocate your friendliness. I met a lot of new people, who I still speak to today from Cyprus as well as the Falklands. I’m currently looking into travelling to Chile to catch up with some of the workers who I became close with in the Falkland islands.  I also found I had a greater respect for nature and animals than originally thought.

I worked out that there was more to life than what I was doing and it’s where I really started to look at life in a different way. My life was void of any spiritual aspect and the army only perpetuated that.

I became so much more interested in the philosophical aspects of life and it really led me to a new way of thinking which really disorientated me with regards to everything I thought I once knew.

With my new views on life, I was fully prepared for my 12 weeks in Uganda. Not entirely sure what to expect but willing to learn, help other people and experience a new culture, a different way of life and although I didn’t realise this at the time, find a new purpose to this crazy thing called life.

I was always taught from the world around me and society that we need to get a job and earn money in order to live a good life. In the 12 weeks I spent in Uganda, my whole preconceived idea of happiness, purpose and living a good life went out the window. These children taught me more about life than anything else ever has.

People spoke to me about the culture shock and the difficulties of transferring myself into an environment like rural Uganda but the only difficulty I found was the return back to the UK, the separation from the world, the unwillingness to be open and have a conversation with others.

I found it difficult and I guess, I still do, everyone is so focused on the distractions of life (Social media, TV, games etc) that we miss the point of it, to connect and love.

Maga Tinie T

I cannot trust in the fact that we were put on this planet to sit in an office to earn money for a corporation we have no interest in & I’m certain the more you think about it, the more you start to agree.

“But, it’s easy for you, you just go and travel, I mean, you don’t have any responsibilities”

I can promise getting a job at a local office would have been the easiest thing for me to do whereas the hardest part would have been lying to myself about how “happy” I would have been.

The path to seeking out your goals isn’t an easy one, you’ll have constant doubts, friends and family who put you down and try to keep you down, insecurities and most of society judging you and telling you how to live your life.

The truth about it is if they were as bothered at chasing their own dreams as they were keeping you from reaching yours, they wouldn’t have time to judge you.

There’s going to be times when you want to give up and throw in the towel. There’s going to be times where you fall down, and the fall can be a huge one.

I know from experience that you will always manage to get back up on your feet and carry on fighting through it all.

You might feel like you are in deep water and struggling to stay afloat, you might even consider giving up the fight and going under.

Stop looking at the issues, think solutions and get back on your grind to success.

Lastly, say no to peer pressure, no to what and who society tell you to be and start living life for yourself. You have so much potential to do whatever you want so the question I ask you is:

What is stopping you?

Living life on your own terms.

So often, I hear people say “I’d love to go travel like you do” or “I really like what you are doing, but I’ll never be able to do it” The hardest thing for me doing this, is not doing it and trying to explain to people can be quite difficult…

The conversation which sums it all up.

When I ask people why they have such a negative view or why they aren’t doing what they want, I normally get a response like “I just haven’t got the time” Or “I don’t have the money”.

I used to feel bad for the individuals I was talking to but then I remembered when I was in the same situation and how much I was making excuses for myself, not taking full responsibility for anything and allowing other people to run my life for me.

You see, people in this predicament are always focusing on the negative aspects of their life or the lack of things they have such as time and money.
I’m a firm believer in the law of attraction and if you make your bed then you have to lay in it.

People tell me they hate their jobs but then aren’t doing anything to change their situation, the lack of money or time or the crappy job isn’t the issue.
If you have a willingness to change, you will find yourself working towards your goals.
I’m not saying it’s going to be easy or fun at all times, you will get stressed, you’ll burn out, you’ll want to fall prey to the activity you don’t want to do but if you want something so badly, you will keep stepping towards it, regardless of the challenge ahead.

What Can You Do To Change Your Life?

Luckily for you, there are simple steps that you can make to change your life.

1. Obtain The Best Information.

In whichever field you are in, refuse to get the best information possible. Once you have it, spend your time and focus on learning it. It’s a crucial difference between finding information and finding the best information.

Which would your prefer to work with?

2. Find The Best People In Your Field To Use As Role Models.

Look for the best people in your field and follow their journey from the beginning, what were their work patterns like when they first started? How long did it take them to get where they are now? It didn’t happen over time but the difference between them and so many other people is their determination to keep driving it forward. Adopt a mindset of success and learn what works for you and what doesn’t.

3. Spend Time Looking At Your Current Beliefs.

What are your current beliefs? Are they supporting you? Or do you have self-limiting beliefs? You need to spend time on your personal obstacles and turn them around, when you understand what a self-limiting belief is, you can start to develop yourself as a person to combat these.
